    Hi Nazmee

    Just thought I should say thanks to you for always being available and willing to assist me when I have troubles with my car.
    I know you guys are in a sales business just like me and what usually counts and what keeps the lights on in any business is the “new acquisitions” or sales as they say but I think you understand the way business works nowadays.

    It’s actually service that counts today because customers have many options and have great power and there is high competition on the same space. What sets us apart as businesses is what companies like Woolworths; WallMart etc. (even Concorde Cars) have mastered which is called “The Difference” or differentiation. And that is found in the experience a client gets and the feel they get within any business from external image which is receiving to that simple acknowledgement that they get when they walk in any company office right down to the product consumption.

    I always make the analogy of how Motorolla used to be the best cellphone brand and how Blackberry has stolen the market from Nokia in such a short space of time not to mention Apple and that all has been about the “customer experience”. We are no longer in the products business but in the “people” business

    As customers we are not always the nicest people around and in my case I am not buying anything new but I am getting the best service even at that. So thanks guys keep it up and don’t give up on what you do. Business is tough but I still am also looking at all the libraries in the world for that book which says business is easy or even life.
