A Truly Wonderful Car-Buying Experience

I would genuinely like to take a moment to thank Angela and the entire team at Concorde Motors Plumstead for the exceptional experience I and Amanda ,had when purchasing , Amanda 's 2011 Mercedes-Benz B200.

Buying a pre-owned car can sometimes feel stressful, especially when you want to know that you are making the right decision. From the moment I met Angela, however, I felt completely at ease. She was friendly, patient, approachable and, most importantly, genuinely interested in helping me find the right car.

What touched me most was the personal attention and care I received throughout the process. Angela never made Amanda &  [ me] feel rushed or pressured. She took the time to answer Amanda's questions, explain everything clearly and make sure, Amanda was comfortable with her decision. That level of care is something you don't always experience when buying a car.

The Mercedes-Benz B200 itself has been a wonderful purchase. For a 2011 model, I was very impressed with its condition, mileage , presentation and overall quality. It has been a pleasure to drive , since taking delivery.

I would also like to thank the rest of the Concorde Motors team -Gavin Alford ,for making the whole experience so smooth and positive. Everyone was welcoming and professional, and I truly felt valued as a customer.

Angela, thank you for going the extra mile and for treating me and Amanda . like a person rather than simply another customer. Your kindness, honesty and professionalism made a real difference to my experience.

I am extremely happy with my Mercedes-Benz B200 and very grateful that I chose Concorde Motors Plumstead.

Whether it's your first time buying or you're an experienced veteran, I would highly recommend this dealership. It being family owned, you will be treated as part of the family yourself. They'll look for the best deals, report any faults or flaws in vehicles, and make sure to have you sorted out in a jiffy.

I spotted a car from the road, went in to check it out on a Saturday morning, drove it, loved it, signed on the dotted line, and the car keys were in my hands by early Monday afternoon.
