Once you accept our offer, we will be in contact with you and explain the next steps. We will need to arrange to inspect your vehicle and request the documentation needed to do a vehicle background check. At the inspection we will thoroughly assess your vehicle, discuss our findings with you and present you with the final offer. Should you accept the offer, payment will be made immediately. We’ll take ownership of your vehicle and will make arrangements to get you home safely.

We will require the following documents:

• ID copy of the registered owner (or the proxy’s ID if the owner is a company)
• Proof of address of the registered owner (not older than 3 months)
• Copy of the Vehicle Registration Document (Should the vehicle be financed a copy can be requested from the bank that financed the vehicle)
• Valid settlement letter from your bank (if applicable)
